VILLA AMAYA, AFFORDABLE, SPECIAL DISCOUNTED CHEAP RATES FOR YOUR VILLA IN BALI

RATES EXCLUSIVE VILLA

 

Villa Amaya is not a party villa, we enforce a strict 11pm cut off for music and loud noises at the villa, and will ask you to move indoors to the indoor living area if you want to continue to stay up.

Villa Amaya is an affordable Seminyak Legian villa, which is setup for enjoyment of guests that want to holiday in Bali hassle free. If you are wanting to have outside guests come to the villa, please let the staff know beforehand.

Given that we have set up super affordable rates, we understand that you groups can vary so we have our villa rates setup in affordable options. Rentable by room used, allows for guests group flexibility, we also have last minute specials, as long as long stay discounts. You have a number of ways to rent our Seminyak/Legian villa so that you can enjoy the way that you want to enjoy.

 


Due to the flexibility in bedroom pricing, we enforce a strict rule of 2 people per room at the rates indicated in the chart above

MINIMUM STAY

  • Low Season: 2 nights on weekdays and 3 nights on weekend.
  • Shoulder Season: 3 nights.
  • High Season: 5 nights.
  • Peak Season: 10 nights.

Note: 

-Noise restrictions after 10pm (music and parties should move inside or to another venue if wanting to continue having fun).

-Outside guests coming to the villa after 5pm will be required to register their visit with our villa staff.

-Any outside guests that are not registered at the our villas, are not permitted to stay without formally informing us about extra guests and this may incur additional charges.
